LEAD REPLACMENT POLICY

We understand the frustration of paying for disconnected phone numbers. Our lead return policy is straightforward, and we're committed to making the process as clear as possible.

 

Criteria for Lead Credit:

 

1. The lead is located more than 20 miles outside the selected area or in a state not specified in the order.

2. The lead is over 85 years old for final expense or over 60 years old for term insurance.

3. The lead does not speak the language specified in the order.

4. The phone number is disconnected.

5. The lead claims they did not fill out the form (we will verify this).

 

Important:  

All lead credit requests must be submitted within **7 days** of receiving the lead. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for credit.

 

We appreciate your understanding and aim to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers!

For all lead credit requests, please email **lootleads@gmail.com** or respond directly to the email associated with each lead. In your email, include the following:

 

- "Lead Credit" in the subject line  

- The name and phone number of the lead  

- The reason for your credit request  

 

If your lead credit request is approved, you will receive a similar lead of equal value credited to your account..

 

REFUND POLICY

Refund and Lead Fulfillment Policy

 

Once an order is placed, **NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS** will be issued. This is because we begin allocating your payment immediately to generate leads. There is no specific timeline for when an order will be fully completed, but we always strive to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.

 

Effective for Orders Placed After 11/7/2024

 

Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

 

If leads are not delivered within the specified timeframe, you may request a **partial refund** for the undelivered leads. Below are the lead delivery timelines:

 

- **10-15 leads**: Max 25 days  

- **15-30 leads**: Max 40 days  

- **31-50 leads**: Max 60 days  

- **50+ leads**: Max 75-90 days  

 

*Most orders are fulfilled before the maximum timeframes listed above.*

 

By submitting payment, I acknowledge and accept the following policies:

 

- All sales are final.

- I understand the lead replacement policy above.

- I waive my right to a refund or to dispute charges for any reason.

- I have reviewed and agree to all additional policies linked on this product page.
